📦 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Primivo Medical


Returns

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of medical and safety equipment, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened or used defibrillator electrode pads
  • Batteries (if opened or installed)
  • Special order or customised products

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will:

  • Repair, replace, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked service
